New future-oriented CO2 platform from ATXX
Planegg, December 10th, 2020
ATXX introduces the most precise high-performance CO2 sensor platform. Developed in Bavaria, this platform offers an effective solution for CO2 emission measurement and, unlike many competitors, is a future-proof concept. Data from the high-performance sensor is transmitted using the MQTT protocol (standard protocol for IoT). The sensor comes with its own app, but can also be built into existing app structures.
The required limit values can be set individually via app. By means of an alarm function via the dashboard, for example, ventilation, heating or air conditioning units can be controlled. Depending on the design, however, an alarm can also be triggered on the smartphone.
Through this modern approach, the data is made available centrally and can be logged as well as easily managed in any network environment. This means that the sensor reports an increased CO2 value and then controls window motors, air conditioners, etc. via the network.
Another advantage is that the sensor can be installed discreetly.
Using the widely used MQTT protocol, the sensor can communicate with many IoT devices (Alexa, Open Hub and IFTTT). However, the sensors can also be controlled independently, without internet access, via its built-in Wi-Fi module.
The electronics were developed so flexibly by Atlantik Networxx that they might be adapted to any conceivable installation form (plug, wall mounting, switch mounting, flush mounting).
The CO2 sensor platform will be powered by either 220V AC, battery or via USB.
Of course, as with every Atlantik product, security has been considered and the adaptation to different network requirements is possible without any problems.
The first sensors have already been delivered. Due to the high demand they are already sold out. The next batch will arrive at our warehouse in mid-January 2021. We are happy to accept pre-orders.
